TV: The "narrow exceptions" to the new Bush administration ban on racial profiling are as follows: People of color who wear bandannas, do-rags and clothes five sizes too big, who are out in public and not accompanied by a white friend, any black person with the last name Rice whose first name isn't Condoleezza, Jerry or Uncle Ben... Mexicans with tattoos, Mexicans without tattoos, Puerto Ricans who look Arab, Arabs who look Puerto Rican and, of course, Sammy Sosa.

Poor Sammy, even after he dyed himself white, he is still treated like a black man…. Can’t a Dominican Brother catch a break?

I’m lucky that I haven’t been pulled over for DWB.

When I was in college we had a Saudi princeling in our classes. The school was in a neighborhood that was quite diverse.
He kept getting pulled over in his shiny white Jetta for DWB, which he found a bit confusing.

Kitten, yer Saudi Prince probably kept gettin’ pulled over fer DWS, Driving While Stupid! I’ve driven on Saudi roads and seen the carnage!
Ask him what “Inshallah” means. That’s their philosophy for driving, about wrecks, and life overall. “It is the will of God.” “It doesn’t matter if I was flagrantly violating all rules of caution and sanity, Inshallah! If God will it, it was going to happen anyway.” VERBATIM, not me dissin’ peeps. Kids and women layin’ around dead and torn to pieces amid the wreckage of a Mercedes which left the road at about a hundred and twenty - “Inshallah!”
But I’m sure you’re friend is the exception.
