Huey: Mr. Petto, are you a co-conspirator in the plot to brainwash my generation into submission, or are you a mere pawn being manipulated by the powers that be? Mr. Petto, can I interpret your lack of response as part of a sinister oath of secrecy, or is it just the shock of learning that you are a pawn being manipulated by the powers that be?
I asked that question once or twice, but only to teachers I was sure could handle it. The response was “I’m only as much of a pawn as you are.”
