What if the snow is yellow? ( cue Zappa…)

There’s something about snow that really brings in the beauty of winter.

Perspective is important, Huey. I had to walk to the bus for a brief period to get to work during winter. I had a long walk to catch the bus before sunrise, so I took a flashlight with me. The road crews had passed earlier, dropping both salt for ice and ash for traction, so the snow by daylight would have been considered “dirty.” But looking at it in the darkness with my flashlight the only light, it actually looked like the lunar surface with the sun behind me. I could picture myself aboard the Apollo Lunar Module looking for a place to touch down. It was a pleasant moment in an otherwise annoying circumstance.

Caesar, I don’t think that one hour will be enough.
