The phrase “politically correct” has come to lose all meaning. For the most part it’s just tossed around as an insult. It started out out as a phrase meaning, “Don’t call people things that they find insulting,” which, where I grew up, was just called politeness.

Politically incorrect—- a terrible blemish on anyone who ventures there. So sad!
