The joke might be funnier if we knew who the defendant was supposed to be. As for shifty, he is far guiltier than Trump of both obstruction and abuse of power. By not allowing the court to settle a difference between the other two branches regarding what is covered by executive privilege he is obstructing, and by impeaching a sitting President with zero evidence, he is interfering in the 2020 election in a far worse manner than anything they have tried to cook up on Trump.
