Our legal system does indeed cater to the rich. If you’re rich, you gotta really screw up to get jail. If you’re poor, you just have to look at someone the wrong way.
The America justice system, once thought to be the best and fairest on earth, has some definite problems. I don’t like the no bail system but $10,000 bail is quite different to a person with a large bank account and someone living hand to mouth.
