    Something is flying high over my head - I know of the Rosetta Stone, but the connection to those of the moose people and the language of the wolverine tribe escapes me….

    Ushindi: Rosetta Stone is a computer language instruction. You can buy almost any language. Possibly you don’t watch enough TV.

    olddog1: Thanks for the tip - actually, I watch no TV at all; my TV has been unplugged in the corner the last 3 years. The Rosetta Stone with which I was familiar is the one Saucy1121 describes….

    maybe they should use rosetta stone to teach english in our public schools, most of our youth today have enough trouble speaking correct english

    Like you, my TV has been unplugged for years.

    However, Rosetta Stone language learning software also has ads in magazines. I’ve seen it in in-flight magazines, Discover, Scientific American, and others.
