When the ignorant voters in MO decided that English is the language to be used in all public meetings, I smiled and thought to myself, can’t wait to go to one and jump on the ones who use a Latin phrase.
We use Latin-based words and words borrowed from other languages in English, but no Latin or other foreign words, because borrowing them into English makes them English words.
It’s not Missouri voters who are ignorant.
