For a tumor the size of a pea, he uses a butter knife.
That patient is surely tee’d off.
By not using a scalpel, he seems to have got rid of his nasty slice.

Now THAT’S some interesting alternative medicine!.(Or is that “alternative TO medicine” … ?)
