Three good examples of why Foxo Reardon was one of the greatest cartoonists ever.
Just look at the wonderful perspectives and the wonderful artwork in every panel.
First one is done beautifully, with Bozo walking in the foreground and characters in the background wondering what is he up to going to work on a holiday. Plus then there’s the additional three dimensional depth aspects in other panels with the wall and the signboard at an angle to the viewer and the cityscape behind that.
The second one, dispute having a very simple background, still works wonders by depicting a three dimensional depths with Bozo, the elephant and the simpler background at three different depths from the observer. Not to mention the umbrella guy who’s placed in an additional depth level between the elephant and the background.
The third one has great details and it looks like a realistic three dimensional scene projected on a two dimensional screen.
And obviously, all the skillfully done facial expressions and body languages of all characters. Every Bozo comic is an expression in pure art and art only. This is pure cartooning done with artwork alone and no words uttered by any character in the comic. Bozo is wordless wonder that every day epitomises the old saying that a picture speaks a thousand words.
Once again, as usual, a big thumbs up and a standing ovation to Foxo’s magnificent masterpiece, Bozo. It’s such a delightful joy to read Bozo everyday.

2) Splashed: Walking away an elephant sprays a startled Bozo who ties the elephant proper to stop it.
3) Parking chores: Bozo wants to park in front of a fire hydrant. Beat cop says "move along! So he parks a different way much to the cop’s consternation.
