How could a private home (basement with washer, dryer, laundry shoot, ect…have Spanish speaking neighbors above them? Very funny anyway

Viet-I don’t know where you come from but here in CT many old single family houses, some were actually mansions, have been converted to multiple family dwellings with all the old things like laundry chutes still in place, and general use W/D still in basement as no hookups available in living areas
