Love Puck in his robe and of course the packaging is so much more important than the gift. I still have a box from Christmas in the living room because the boys love sleeping in it.
Everyone, a quick, important message. I had a gift bag like this years ago, and one of my cats got her head stuck in the handle. We all know how cats like playing in bags. BUT, if you have a bag like this, CUT THE HANDLES. We were lucky to see our cat in the predicament so we could get her out. If you don’t cut the handles, your cat might not be so lucky.
No wonder kitties love being inside bags so much! It reminds them of being in the womb! I feel the same way about swimming pool. Happy Sunday my fellow wonderful Mega Orbsters!
Snow’s back in Hoosierland, but my heart is warm for all you orbsters! Purrs, prayers, bumps & vibes to everyone, with EXTRAS for anyone or anything that is worrisome to YOUR hearts! The MegaOrb’s gotcha! Blessings! >^.,.^<
Happy Sunday, Catsters. Having a Funday with yer cats?
Oh, and just an info : Careful about the ads on this site. Especially on a mobile device or a touchscreen. The page was lagging, and I don’t know how, but when I was trying to type a comment on a comic on this site a while ago, suddenly a page opened up which was a fake website impersonating an Amazon deal. Looked like a phishing scam or something. It may have been an ad which got tapped by mistake. That’s easy to happen with a small device, touchscreen and pudgy fingers. I’ve checked for malware, and I don’t have any on my device or browser. So, I’m sure an ad could’ve got tapped by mistake. It’s such a pain using this site on a mobile device. I’ve even tried to contact them through their contact us page before for some other issues and I’ve got nothing but rubbish automated responses, and they closed the ticket without even addressing the issue. So it’s useless and futile to contact em. I Just wanted to say that be careful on this site, or any other website in general. I’ve even seen ads here overlapping or underlying the comments or comics on desktop if the screen size or resolution is smaller. If you do click on something by mistake, close it immediately and clear all your browser history and cookies. Oh, and they don’t even serve this over HTTPS.
Oh, and did I say have a happy funday? Cheers! :O)
My first pair of cats loved those tissue paper sewing patterns. Every project I ever sewed, I’d have to keep moving a cat to cut a piece out. When one reached the end of her life, I sent her into the afterlife in a box full of old sewing patterns.
OK, I’m going to try this again, since my first comment obviously refused to post. Good morning and happy Funday (or Bunday, if you prefer) to all BCN orbsters and their orbabies! It is a snowy day here today. Yum Yum is fond of bags with tissue paper in them, but she does not shred the tissue paper as Elvis did, she simple crinkles it up. Hugs, bumps and boops to all. Lady Bri, I got your e-mail, I’ll answer later today or tomorrow, if we go to Winterfest.
Please don’t let any of your babies play with plastic bags. It could get caught around their head and suffocate them. Heed the warning about not letting children play with them. Your furbabies are your children whether feline or canine.
I don’t like that the bonus strips at the bottom:1) Message about them obscures the main comic;2) Spoils characters & situations that haven’t happened yet in this timeline of the daily strips.
I understand – Georgia’s comics are more like a narrative that needs to unfold at the author’s direction and the bonus strips disrupt. That said, for those of us who’ve followed from the start they’re neat little memories. I’ll have to go with my fat, senior cat’s recommendation when I try to check her butt for grooming: Don’t Look At It!
And yet she chose to ignore the gift and focus on something inside the gift, leaving the furry folk to enjoy the gift while she is stuck with some silly useless thing. Either the Woman is very foolish, or the Woman is very generous.
My boyfriend was discharged from the hospital Thursday. He’s still feeling weak, but he’s getting better. Wayne is also home and trying to adjust to his new normal. (He will have to use a walker for the rest of his life, according to his doctors.) Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers.

Lupin is probably just off camera and about to launch himself into the cat spa bag.
cat19632001 almost 7 years ago
Is this a full service cat spa? Massages, comb outs, hot rock treatments? Is an appointment needed or can cats just dive in?

The crinkly sound of tissue paper is like catnip for a cat’s ears.

The Bottom of the Page Cartoon for me is the one about the peep toads. That is my favorite.

Sasha, one of our kitties, does that. She loves it like that. The others are like Puck and just go in and do little damage.
