Wheeel, looks like Lupin has been sucked back in to tha’ show. ’Tis all the Woman’s faul’! If she jus’ woulda steeyed aweeke . . . Ah, well. No help for it now but to call Confuse-A-Cat!
When the Woman wakes up, she’ll want to know what she missed. Poor Puck, no matter how hard he tries, he won’t be able to tell her. Of course, she may also have more important things on her mind…
Hold on. It’s murder victims who are left handed but they have the gun in their right hand when they are found. The wrong hand proves that it wasn’t suicide.
And, Pault, we do have a real winter here in Brisbane. When you are in the shade, it gets quite chilly. I have to wear a sweatshirt, and I turn off the A/c in the car.
And since Yorkshire has been mentioned – Chaos and Confusion in the Yorkshire city of Hull after a 3.9 earthquake. Victims in the devastated area report via Twitter that a picture fell off the wall, and apparently tea has been spilt. One estimate puts the damage at £4.75. Perhaps someone close to the disaster can give us further information.
Update on Nicky: we took him back for a follow up appt. Dr did blood work and checked him out. The exam was fine but his liver numbers came back as high as they were in Nov when we started on this journey. She wants to put him on the same meds he was on then that only made a small difference in his numbers. She wants to put him on hypo-allergenic food too. After putting my poor baby thru months of trying different meds, & then an exploratory surgery with 6 biopsies, THIS IS THE BEST YOU CAN DO!! Secondary to Nicky’s anguish is the amount of money (a lot) we have paid to be right back where we started in Nov?? I am so angry right now.
Another update on Reboot: He managed to escape yesterday and was out for several hours so even though we had been checking the litter box for silver plastic, we may never know. He seems to be feeling ok though, so we are just going to continue waiting and hope it’s somewhere outside.

Well as a fellow lefty, I’ll take offense on Elvis’s behalf. Hmmm, you know – my boss has a beard …
Love the eyebrows on both boys – very expressive. And speaking of expressions, "tha’ " is common to Yorkshire so we’re hitting all the fav’s today :)

Lupin should know this about fake mustaches. He wears one now and then to lighten things up, after all. ;-)

The fact that the Baker’s Daughter is blonde and the beard is dark brown might also be a giveaway.

Hello fellow BCN fans,
I just got back from the hospital, where I’ve been since last Wednesday.
I just wanted to check in and say I missed everyone, especially the friendly people here and I’ve got 6 days of comments and comics to catch up on.
It’ll take a bit of “hard work”- – -but I’m on it starting tomorrow morning, ‘cause I’m too tired now.
I read ALL the comments from BCN, and Ten Cats, as for the rest of the comics, I just read the comic.
If anyone needed sympathy, good thoughts, or had good or bad news while I was gone, be assured I was thinking of you.
OK, time for me to go lay down and rest.

We’ve watched enough Midsomer episodes to be able to guess who is next to be bumped off, most of the time.
Irritating vain obnoxious git – about a 90% chance
Sexy woman who leaps into bed with a lot of men – perhaps 75% chance
Stuffy pompous git who rubs people the wrong way due to inflexible ideas – about 100% chance.
A bit like picking out who is going to be the disposable crew member on old Star Trek episodes.
