JMO, but I fall into the camp that believes it would have worked better without the name-dropping.
I certainly would not have recognized the two on the left as Ozzie and Vince Neil, but I think it would have still been readily apparent they were “headbangers” based on the caption.
FWIW, there was a recent Brevity with 3 un-named country music stars, and there was sort of a debate here about who they were. This might be a direct result of that discussion.
