Kinda like selling your designs on Zazzle.

They do all the work, including manufacturing, shipping, etc, so they do deserve most of the money…but you get $2 for a mug if they manage to sell one for $17.95.

Then I guess if it was 21 cents they’d all be rich! Also, I have a Marshall Tucker band album cover as a mural on my Harley tank, “Searchin’ for a Rainbow”.

Yes, I still have my collection of 78s, 45s and 33s (and the turntables to play them all), but I have become very fond of the digital age.

That is why the only songs I put on Soundcloud and similar sites are test mixes for my friends and colleagues to evaluate in different listening environments. Sorry for making a serious comment on a comic strip, but this one is more true than funny for those of us in the music business.

Have a concert, sell t-shirts for $20.00 each, problem solved.
