I would say I was on the edge of my seat, living in suspense, but the outcome was inevitable.
the worse part was when they got dunked in steaming hot coffee to loosen their flesh. But the horrible mastication was no picnic, either.

The first one says”D’OH!”, the second says “NUTS!”.
