Good Lord, I’ve been reading the strip for years and it took me this long to realize “Brewster Rockit” is a pun on ‘booster rocket’ – d’oh, d’oh and double d’oh!!!

I’m anxiously awaiting to see how the film “Hard Candy” with Ellen Page gets worked in here.

Candy complaining about not being eaten, sounds like a candy I know, though she spells her name with a “K”.
