You won’t have to comb your hair for a while now until it grows back.

Wow, doc, that’s some coffee. I think I’ll stick to Coke Zero.

Doc - i’ve been hearing about your nuclear coffee for a while, but not being a coffee drinker myself I hadn’t tried any. Now I’m glad I didn’t - I wouldn’t look good bald.

I guess it happened to me as well, bald–since I happen to favour coffees of the following three varieties (all quite strong):

South Indian filter (with milk) Espresso (again, generally with milk–so I was taking “lattes” long before Charbucks was established) Turkish (though only rarely)

There’s a difference between coffee that’s too hot and coffee that’s too strong, though. I like coffee that stands up for itself and fights back, but I don’t want to scald my mouth drinking it…

When I was in Istanbul many years ago (as a student on my own) we had turkish coffee. It came in a very small glass that held about 2 oz. They filled half of it with grounds, then added water (and milk? I don’t remember) to fill it, and inserted a spoon. Apparently the spoon has to be able to stand up on its own or the coffee isn’t strong enough…

Anyway, my girlfriend tried it and agreed that it was like nothing in this world. I wouldn’t know - I don’t drink coffee anyway.
