With some American fries with mayo to dip them in, a few raw shrimp, slices of bacon on the burger and a dish of cheese and bread covered onion soup. Trust me, I know them all and this is becoming my dream plate.
Yum, sounds good! Just make sure it’s pasture-fed beef to get the right ratio of omega fats and put in some coconut oil for more of the right oils. Local farm eggs are good too. My cholesterol lowered eating this way, no kidding! While you’re at it, get some raw milk, for the enzymes, and live another 1,500 years, Broomie!
Whenever I go to Red Robin, which is very seldom, I always get that burger with the fried egg on it. I guess I’ll have to go a lot more often if I want a shot at the title.
The comedian Gallagher had a routine years ago
where he said…”eat lot’s of hot dogs, they have
preservatives in them, just in case you get a hold
of one by mistake it won’t knock you on your butt’…
Make that a chicken-fried butter burger with Velveeta and pepperoni, on Krispy Kreme doughnuts, with chili and nacho fries on the side. Super-size it. Oh, and a chocolate cheesecake milkshake.

Of course she’s lived 1,500 years. It’s thanks to all the preservatives she’s eaten.
