Decades ago, my wife sent me to the store with a list and a bunch of coupons. I ended up getting so many discounts that I didn’t have to pay anything. I don’t think they allow that anymore.
Most places now have coupons that transfer from smart phones. As if I could afford a $1,000 phone, I’d be worried about saving a quarter on a can of beans.

About half of our mail is discount coupons for things we never buy, the other half is junk.
