A family member and one of his friends decided to sanitize a deer tail in my microwave, and it caught on fire. I had to throw the dang microwave out because the stench would not go away.
When I was a kid and got my shoes wet my mother would stuff them with newspaper, which absorbed the water quickly. Fortunately there were no microwave ovens back then. (Remember the first ones from Amana called RadaRange.)
I thought I was the only person stupid enough to stuff his sneakers with newspapers and run them through the microwave. Guess what happens to newspapers when you apply extreme heat to them? It was spectacular.

Speaking from experience…never, and I mean, NEVER try to heat up a frozen Crunch bar (still in the wrapper) in the microwave.
