Yep, when I worked at various mental institutions the patients were all made to wear red hats which made them easier to identify in a crowd, seems the institutions have the same rules, and when the groups get intermingled you find little difference
In the sixties, Marvel Comics used to award “No Prizes” (to readers who suggested solutions to continuity problems, for instance). For a while winners actually received empty envelopes labeled as such.
