Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for September 12, 1990
Transcript:
Calvin: Oh man! Mom went to a parent-teacher conference! I'm as good as dead! Miss Wormwood will tell Mom all sorts of horror stories about me! Hobbes: Horror stories? Calvin: Well, it's all a question of perspective. Still, I think I should be allowed to have a lawyer present at the meeting. Hobbes: What are you going to say when your mom gets back? Calvin: Nothing. Hobbes: Nothing at all? Calvin: Buddy, if you think I'm even going to be here, you're crazy!
