Blasted bug-eyed tentacle monsters.

Calvin and his lawyer, Hobbes, should put up a treaty with the bed monsters to stay on their side of the room forever so the two of them can get some sleep. How about Mom and Dad put a nightlight in Calvin’s room as well?
