I want to know how she was able to figure out that Stupendous Man was really Calvin. Makes you wonder about that whole Clark Kent and the glasses thing.

I like how she begins pulling up her sleeves like she’s going to be fighting, then spends the rest of the strip with just one sleeve up.

Maybe I am out of touch, but I just don’t see what Calvin did that was wrong. The girl was on the phone with her boyfriend instead of paying attention to the person she is being paid to watch. And she was calling disparaging names within his hearing.

I did not like babysitting much but when I did sit I took it as my responsibility to watch the kids and play with them. In fact getting them active enough to tire them out for bedtime was a goal. Two of the households had supposedly hyper-active boys and they were a handful but I kept a few guidelines don’t let them eat or drink sugary stuff, don’t respond in kind to sassy comments from them and never, never lose your temper.

I imagine he is supposed to be in bed already. But if not, then yes, he deserved to be sent to bed for what happened in the previous strip.

I wonder what Rosalyn meant when she said she’ll “put it there for good”?

At least Calvin knows she ain’t messing around!

I agree that Roz is the creep in all of this — Calvin may be a handful, but that’s what she is getting paid (extra) to handle.
