Susi found him and he sits with Susi for cookies and tea!!

Of course you weren’t, Dad! I’m sure you were the perfect angel at Calvin’s age (cough cough).

We saw in an earlier strip that it was Mom who was rather like Calvin when she was little.

But you didn’t have Calvin’s imagination.

I bet Hobbes found a nice cozy spot while he waits to be found.

THIS IS ONE VERY RARE COMIC STRIP where the Sunday story is continuation of the previous week. The coordination with the papers etc is difficult, and some papers don’t carry both, so this is rarely done.

The moon looks a bit lopsided and green today. Is it sick? Or drunk?

Dad should’ve taken an open can of tuna with him. If that didn’t lure Hobbes out of the woods, nothing would.
