Hobbes is right. You’ll get bored with your Christmas gifts after a week. Might as well have some fun now.

I’m with Calvin. I want everything on my Christmas list too

My Christmas list is the same every year. I want peace on earth and good will toward all along with a clean environment. I’m starting to wonder if Santa Claus is real because I’m fairly good every year and I never get anything from my list.

Hobbes, the 2 faced Tiger, an instigator. However if Calvin doesn’t get presents, neither does Hobbes.

Instant gratification.

Ha ha……its so difficult being good…..

Hobbes speaks the ultimate truth.

Hobbes has a point, Calvin. Like you’re even going to get anything on that dangerous list of yours.

Hobbes is tempting Calvin now and later he’ll be getting smooches from Susie. One shrewd cat.

And Calvin’s only come to this realization about “being good” now that it’s close to Christmas?

You may have to stay away from Hobbes if you want any shot at being good until Christmas, Calvin!

Hobbes is the opposite of Jiminy Cricket. He provokes, instead of preventing, bad behaviour.

santa requires us being good, Jesus requires us to Love our neighbor. We will follow Jesus 1 John 3:23

Since Calvin always misses anyway, perhaps he should give it a shot. Pine cones are notoriously difficult to control.

Spending all that time depriving yourself of fun just for a single day of getting a few presents…

Hate to be a spoilsport but doesn’t Santa examine behavior over the whole last year, not just in proximity to Christmas?

Hire a good lawyer, Calvin.

I must say I’m delighting in Calvin’s “I can’t stand to be good” agony.

Hobbes is playing the role of the devil in the adage, “The devil made me do it.”

Plead not guilty by reason of insanity.

S.o.o.o hard not to throw a pine cone at Susie.
