X-ray eyes!!

Spoiler alert: cat’s eyes, including tiger’s eyes, don’t glow in the dark. They do reflect light, and thanks to the way they’re built, usually show as green or yellow.

Problem is, after all that yelling, Calvin is probably more thirsty than ever! Now what will he do?

I had a lot of burps die in my mouth. Usually the morning after one too many Jack & cokes

Hobbes, Hobbes, Hobbes, Hobbes… Tigers do not comprehend the word ‘share,’ so we know from this that Calvin is behind you!! B^P (In other words: Nyah! 8^D )

The trust in their relationship is heart warming. …wait. No, it’s heartburn. A little to much bile.

Reminds me of a cat we once had. In the evenings when the only light was coming from the TV, he would sit very still in a shadowy corner and watch us with these glowing golden eyes. I swear he knew it creeped me out and that is why he did it.

I’ll bet she wishes she’d kept that nightgown on about 7 years ago.

This reminds me so much of my old cat Oreo, whose eyes often appeared to glow green in the dark. It especially helped that he was mostly black with bits of white on his chest and stomach (hence his name Oreo.)

Hobbes has green eyes confirmed?

My roommate at college once burped and hiccuped at the same time. I thought he had died… and he looked like it.

Do what I do. Hide the CheezWiz and Ritz crackers under your pillow.

Of all the creepy toys, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of one with glow-in-the-dark eyes. That would be like a mobile of broken glass shards above the baby’s bed.

Throw-away panel alone would’ve been sufficient – clever!

Loads of parental love for Calvin at dead of the night. Thanks to Hobbes. Sneaking out of bed has its privileges.

I can so relate to the first 2 images, morning dry mouth! ;-D The entire strip was excellent.
