To have some friends, you first need to try and be a friend.

In “The Days Are Just Packed”, yesterday’s strip and today’s appeared before the strip which appeared here on Monday. This meant that today’s strip preceded Monday’s where Calvin was on a swing at home and Hobbes was pushing him. I think that made a good succession of the two strips.

Moe will be along shortly and push you off.

I don’t know what he is complaining about; as a kid I taught myself how to get a swing going from a dead stop; it is just not that hard.

Huh, no Sunday strip. I have a hunch it might be because the 1992 Sunday strips have been running a week ahead than they originally were from the dailies, so maybe this is how GoComics is fixing it.

Some might call it tough love. Furthermore, Cavin’s mom might say, “It’s tough, love.”
