Saleswoman: When you stomped back in nine, six, three and two months ago, I told you invitations couldn't be engraved in a week. Charlene: That's correct! And if you don't tell me you can engrave invitations in a week today, I'll be coming back hourly to whimper, whine and grovel! Saleswoman: Oh, for crying out loud. I'll see what I can do.
