Cathy: I refuse to be paralyzed by all the workout options anymore! I took a simple step class before work, and I feel fabulous! Uh, oh. If you don't do weight training after aerobics, you'll lose muscle mass as well as fat. Man: Muscle takes fewer calories to maintain, so you'll regain faster and it will all come back as fat. Woman: No! resistance work has to come first, then a 20 minute transitional stretch, then cardiovascular! Man 2: No! You have to prexhaust large muscle groups, or individual mucsle scultping is useless! Cathy: AAck! WOman 2: If you forgot everything else and you just did yoga, you wouldn't be so susceptible to stress!
