Cathy: I had to borrow 9 grams of fat from Tuesday's allotment for Monday's business dinner...I borrowed 12 grams of fat from Wednesday's allotment for Tuesday's birthday luncheon..and borrowed 21 grams of fat from Friday's allotment for Thursday's cheese-and-cracker client meeting. To date, I've borrowed 1,347 grams of fat, which is compounding hourly at 18% interest in my waist, thighs and rear. From the neck up, I worry about credit card debt, from the neck down, fat debt.
