Charlene: "Exercise at least 30 minutes a day"?! What happened to "three times a week"?? Cathy: I didn't exercise three times a week, so they upped it. Charlene: What? Cathy: Every time I don't do what they say, they up it. When I didn't do simple stretch classes in the '70s, they invented aerobics...when I didn't do aerobics, they brought in the rock-climbing torture devices...it's my fault! By remaining motionless for two decades, I've inspired a fitness nightmare for everyone!! Charlene: Are you going to exercise 30 minutes a day?? Cathy: I'm carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. Isn't that enough?
