Let's do girls on one side, boys on the other! Oops! But not with couples facing! Let's do opposited face... then mix'n'match... then boy-girl, boy-girl... switch every ten minutes so everyone can mingle! Boys order, girls set up place cards! Saleswoman: For here to to go? Irving & Dad: To go! Months before the "rehearsal dinner," the mother-of-the-bride-to-be sets the time with the "rehearsal lunch," "rehearsal breakfast," "rehearsal brunch," and the ever popular... "rehearsal cup of coffee."
