Cathy: How do you feel about me, Irving? Irving: I don't know. How do you feel about me, Cathy? Cathy: I don't know either. But is your "don't know" fear-based, insecurity-based or hope-based? Would you know how you feel if you knew how I feel? Do you feel something you don't want to feel?...Do you want to feel something you don't feel?...Or is it a weird tangle of denial and desire?......The constant smashing of opposites that keeps igniting hot new sparks of romantic possibility?? Irving: Mine's more just plain "don't know". Cathy: Even in a state of complete doubt, women are busier.

That’s only because you overthink everything, Cathy. Men prefer the Occam’s Razor approach to life.

Can’t fault Irving for being honest, and a guy. Can’t fault Cathy either, for knowing all the forms of “I don’t know” because of course there is a lot to think about when it comes to feelings. Aaron’s for me and mine for Aaron are right out there for us (and often, you guys) to see. We started out as friends and grew into a 19 year blessing. He’s still head over heels for me, by the way. Go figure. :-)
Morning fellow Cathyites. Welcome to Sunday.
Aaron’s eye, he says, is less blurry today. He thinks his muscle relaxer dose is a bit strong. He took only half a pill this a.m. before he went to bed. We’ll check how his vision is later today.

I’m pretty sure my brain exploded while I read this one.
Happy Sunday, everyone. (I must be early today …)

This is why I let Billy go first today — he knows all the right things to say and all the wrong ones not to. Cathy and Irving head over heels would be awesome to behold. Billy is also right — I am. No figuring out why necessary.
Hi lightenup maybe after Girl Scouts duty later. Mom! won’t be here today either, but I think she’ll read this tomorrow —

Men are so much easier to read than women. We still like to overanalyze them anyway… :-)Hello everyone! I’m sorry, I am too worn out to type everyone’s name and I’d probably still forget someone. Today was lightenup jr’s birthday party (her actually birthday is Tuesday). It was the first party we’ve had at the house, and it was easier in some respects, harder in others. We had a video game truck, which took a lot of the work out of it, but there was still a lot to handle. Fortunately we had a beautiful day, so some could play in the backyard and we had the cake outside. Anyway, it was a good party and everyone is happy.Hope everyone had a nice weekend!!

Congratulations, Aaron, on the continuing progress on your eye! I’m really happy that things are finally moving forward for you. :-)p.s. You’re sweet to remember the Girl Scout stuff. We had our cookie booth yesterday, and it was a success. We sold out of everything early, so that was exciting! Lots going on this weekend for us. I’m hoping to get a break when I come up there for a visit.

Hi Cathyites!! And Happy Birthday lightenup Jr. I went to a birthday party today too and it was a gorgeous day (however, the birthday “girl” was 60, but we still had fun;).
