I lost weight on the Atkins diet once, it all came back with a vengeance and brought friends. Now I’m eating less on a balanced diet and exercising. Slowly but surely.
Good morning Cathy friends!

I’m sure one could lose weight if all one could eat is one food item. Not really healthy and boooooring. Just don’t overdo on anything, all things in moderation, and get moving a little. I love food and this plan usually works for me!Good morning, Cathy Clan!

Cathy? Committed to a “healthy lifestyle”? What does that even MEAN anyhow? I’ve seen the way she eats (potato chips and ice cream . . . lots and lots of ice cream!) and the only real exercise she gets is going shopping at the mall! Sure, poor Electra gets to go for a walk every now and then but not for very long and certainly not often enough to prevent her from being as “pudgy” as Cathy is! Sounds more like she’s just given up. Without putting any REAL effort into it and just allowing the body to “find its own unique and lovely size”, I’d say that the size her body will choose for itself is round — or, in Cathy’s case — roundER . . . much, much rounder!
Hi, rgcviper!
Hi, lightenup! Hope you’re feeling well today! Glad to hear you’re getting so much accomplished around your house. Sounds like me when I went on that massive clean-up frenzy in my office last summer. It can be a real pain in the you-know-where job but it just makes you feel so darn GOOD when you look around and see everything clean and organized the way it should be . . . not to mention all the newly-acquired space you’ve now got with all the junk and clutter you didn’t really need finally gone from your life! It’s just a really great feeling to have, that’s for sure!!!!! B/t/w: everything’s going great for me dental-wise. I don’t put anything crunchy, chewy or sticky in my mouth that could possibly pull out (or break off) my temporary crown and I still don’t have any pain where the x-ray shows an infection. I simply haven’t spent any time at all since my talk with the dentist last week worrying about something that may or may not happen someday in the future where another root canal is concerned. I’m just keeping good thoughts that hopefully, the day will NEVER come when I’ll ever need to have another one done . . . in that particular spot or anywhere else for that matter!!!!! ;-)
Hello and Happy “Hump Day” to all my wonderful “Cathy” friends! Hope your week is going great so far.

Translation for Cathy’s dialogue:
“I’m just not dieting, but still want you to think I am so I’ll be in your conversation group.” (Or something like that.)
HI, MOM. ’Evening, Clan.
