Cathy: When I used to indulge, I would eat one regular cookie. Then I committed to a healthy lifestyle and got fat-free cookies. I could eat four cookies instead of one because they were fat-free. Now, no matter what type of cookie it is, I eat four instead of one because I've taught myself that a "cookie serving" is four cookies. Weight-training for the rest of us: Training ourselves to gain weight.

I remember when Snackwells came out and they were marketed as a healthy snack. I believed it and ate more than I should have. What a crock!
