Why is Cathy going shopping yet again for even more clothes and shoes she’s never going to wear when she already has a ton of stuff just like it in her closet at home?! Just goes to show: the nut job daughter doesn’t fall far from the nut job mother tree!!!

Susan, ncalifgirl58 & summerdog: And not just the little BLACK one, either. They also picked up the red and green slinky dresses to try on, too. Anyone with at least one good eye and half a brain in their heads can tell from a mile away that none of those dresses are going to fit either one of these two chunky people so why on earth can’t they see it?!?
Catruled: Thanks for the words of encouragement yesterday. I’m hoping she’ll feel the same way as you when you got yours but my mother is 77 years old and absolutely scared to death regarding change of any kind — and today’s technology is the absolute worst of them all for her. But I’m hoping that once we show her how to use it for reading, buying books on Amazon and “borrowing” from our local library, that she’ll eventually get to the point where she loves it so much that she wonders how SHE ever got along without it, too!

Oh I’m running late today, so just a quick laugh on how funny it is that the dress goes from the top of her head down to the floor. It’ll look funny all bunched up in the middle. LOL!@GretchensMom – Let us know how it goes with your mom and her new gadget! My mom is the exact same way with technology and change and I would never consider getting her anything drastically new. I have a hard enough time getting her to turn on her flip phone to call me when her electricity is out…
