Good Sunday morning Cathy Clan! Resisting email is getting tougher but learned the trick (sort of). Did not load my corporate email address on my iPad for my week in Scotland. Kept up with personal stuff for a few minutes every couple of days but was not bothered, nor thought of, the business stuff. Good way to take a true vacation! Never could understand the need to ‘keep in touch’ while walking down the street – or even more dangerous, while driving. It is Bikers Reunion weekend here. Going out soon to watch the Memorial Freedom Ride. Watching over 6,000 bikes go by in support of those with cancer brings tears to my eyes.

I’d roll my eyes, except I can relate to this one all too well. The e-mail battle never seems to end, does it?

I’ve been on vacation for a week or so, and will try to catch up here soon.

    HI, MOM. Hello, “Cathy” Clan.

    Where IS everyone today??

Enjoying the nice weather outside? I was out for awhile, but decided to come back in and make some Banana-Raisin Bread, a really great recipe I got from Weight Watchers a Lllllloooonnnngggg time ago. It is soooooooo good! Then I decided I’d better catch up on Facebook: my cousin’s wife usually posts a dozen pictures of her yard, her paintings (she is Very good), and her quilts. I don’t know When she finds the time to do all this as she is also a RN!About Cathy…no truer words can be spoken (!), but I think today’s comments would be Facebook and not just e-mails… =-O

I agree with all of the comments — can’t resist checking email/facebook way too often, but do manage to escape when I go on vacation, and glad everyone had nice vacations and is enjoying good weather!! :)
