Now wait just a second. Didn’t they both just sell a house? What happened to that money? Should have been enough to buy one house—unless they still owed so much on them, they didn’t get much in their pockets. Even then, they won’t be making payments on them, so they payments they were making on two, surely would pay for one. Wouldn’t you think?
These two really make my head hurt sometimes. Like now, for instance. Add the ditsy real estate agent to the mix and they’ve really hit the ball out of the park on me today! :-P
