I have never flown so I haven’t had that particular headache yet. The first one in my little or not-so-little immediate family to fly was my son who turned 20 on July 3rd. With him going to school in Wisconsin, flying is easiest from Ohio. If you remember, when we visited his school this spring to pick him up we drove. That won’t happen again until he graduates. His first flight was actually to Florida with a group from school.
Hello and Happy Sunday Cathy clan! Happy belated birthday to Dr. Billy! I didn’t get to know you and Aaron that well but I knew enough to know that you are both really good people. I hope you are both well and that you come back soon. To Mom, lightenup, rgcviper, hendelca and everyone else who has been supportive of me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It hasn’t been easy but you all help motivate me to hang in there! Hi Molly! Thanks for the update Mom and don’t get discouraged, it took you a long time to find the perfect house…your potential buyers are going through the same process. The right one’s will come along soon.

Breathe, Cathy—I’m sure something will work out. And if not, I’ll go ahead and back away to what I deem to be a safe distance, while raising my hands in self-defense.
My pleasure, QuietStorm. Hang in there.
HI, MOM. Happy Sunday, “Cathy” Clan.

We fly a lot, especially my husband, so we’ve used his sky miles many times. Yes, it requires some planning and flexibility, but it can be done. It has saved us a lot of money and makes him being away easier to deal with.
Hello Cathy clan! Happy Sunday! Tomorrow I will be a “single” person! Lil left today for a church retreat, Jr leaves tomorrow morning for band camp, and my husband leaves tomorrow morning for a business trip. I can’t decide if it will be a nice, quiet week, or a lonely week. If anyone is bored, I will be here and ready to chat! Hang in there, Sis! I know selling a house is an incredibly frustrating process, but it will happen and it will be a good thing. Sometimes you don’t want the people who are impatient and not understanding to buy your house because they will make the negotiating process worse. So the right people to buy your house are out there and I hope they will find you soon, so you can come move to Georgia! Also, thank you for your note to Billy! I also hope he is out there somewhere and he had a happy birthday! He and Aaron were/are really awesome people and we miss them very much! Always happy to help a good person like you, QuietStorm! I’m really excited for you and your upcoming graduation! We will have a virtual party for you here on Cathy. Have a good weekend, all!

Enjoy your week alone, lightenup….you can really have a lot of fun when all the distractions are removed. As for Cathy…I can understand the frustration with the airlines….they really do make travel as difficult as they possibly can.
