This is one of the things I hate about magazines. In one article they tell you how to lose weight, then in the next they tell how that you should be happy with the way you look.
Yes, there are too many mixed messages these days. One has to learn to be educated, yet ignore the extreme messages. I’ve learned a lot from reading about health, yet I try to not pay attention to the ones that go over-the-top with making people feel panicked.
