January 24. Perfect all day. At 8:00 wanted chocolate. January 25. Perfect all day. At 5:00 needed ice cream. January 26. Perfect all day. At 8:00 had to have chips. After zillions of dollars of research, we finally understand the one main cause of weight gain: "at o'clock."
Tea and ice cream at 9:00, chips at midnight.
