I’d wait until Mardi Gras is over Cathy though this year there is not going to be much celebrating this year in places like New Orleans or Mobile. Tampa usually kicks off the carnival like parties and parades with Gasparilla which is usually in a few weeks but this year it has been postponed until April.

Finally took down our Christmas tree today – a few days too late it seems. Way more dead needles to clean up than normal. Ah well, it was a beautiful tree. Later today I move it around the house to where the bird feeders are and stand it up. The birds seem to like the extra shelter close by.

Do plan to see friends when we get out of covid prison…got notified we are eligible for vaccination starting Monday, but can’t get through anywhere to make an appt anyway.
