Irving: I know you;re tired of having to park in the driveway because there's so much junk in our garage, Cathy. I promised to make a difference, and I think I have! After today, you'll never park in the driveway again! Cathy: Let me see! Let me see! Irving: Now you have to park in the street. The driveway's full of unassembled storage shelves and empty organizer bins.

that’s… better. too bad HOA would just tow it or just take a hundred dollars out of our bank account without our consent.

No place to park on my “street”. It’s more like a dead end deer path without room to park on the side.

I see garage but I don’t see a house.

Our dead end road is 2 lanes wide so no problem passing anyone but our property line is the edge of the pavement so there are no shoulders to park. In fact the municipality has a 10’ easement on all our properties so they have someplace to plow the snow. We do have space for 2 cars on the grass next to the road if you don’t mind parking sideways on a hill. Unlike Irving I have never used the driveway for storage – even temporarily although we do have room for it – our driveway can hold 14 cars so long as the last person in is the first to leave. I think 4 vehicles is the maximum we have ever had at one time. I like a driveway that big as there is room to turn around so we never have to back out onto the street – and don’t have to back in either. Much safer.
I hope everyone is enjoying a beautiful Saturday.

Yeah—that’s a BIT of garage junk. I do not envy your job ahead, Cathy/Irving.
