Everything has to match.

I wonder why men don’t have purses? Oh yeah, pockets.

I will take the next to the last one on the top shelf in the first panel. The black clutch with the white edged flap.

There’s one good thing about smart phones. Several of these items would now all be on the cell. The electronic organizer, day planner, photo album, and beeper could all go away.

At least today she could get rid of the check book, electronic organizer, photo album, beeper, and day planner. The rest is, of course, necessary.

I think the real question is: What isn’t in the purse? Kinda looks like a black hole—color and otherwise …

ChattyFran is right – my reading eyes don’t fit in my pocket so my wife carries them in her purse. Kind of wished men could carry purses without certain assumptions being made – wait, I might be old enough to be considered eccentric so maybe I will try it someday. Personally I thought fanny packs were an excellent idea.

I carry a fanny pack that has a lot of things in it. One of them is a very small flashlight – no dumping required to find things.

FOR all those who love both Cathy and PEANUTS – I discovered that on May 27, 2000 – nearly all the comics, available on Go Comics at that time, had a strip which honored the history of the Peanuts strip. We also check out the Comics Kingdom comics and discovered that most of those comics ALSO honored Peanuts. Both Go Comics and Comics Kingdom have archives which are pretty easy to access.

Well, this is really sophisticated…
