I’ve noticed, as I get older, that my “take home” box has gotten fuller and my leftovers have lasted longer. I’m my own “Meals on Wheels”.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…if I’m paying $10+ for a piece of cake or whatever, it had better cover the whole plate and then some!

The markup on desserts is very high. The larger the portions the higher the profit. It’s an “implicit consipiracy” to make us a fat nation. :(

Trading half-eaten desserts? I don’t care if it is mother-daughter, it makes me squirm.

I must say that I’ve been known to indulge in a decadent dessert, or four. Ha. However, I’m still giving this one an (◔_◔) …

I cannot do this with my wife – she rarely orders desert but when I order one she asks for a ‘bite’. After her bite I am left with only half of the serving. Funny how that works.

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend.

I usually split one with my husband…it’s more than enough.
