Now this is a strip I can totally agree with. If you are going to celebrate with food – do it right. Unless you are ‘on the wagon’ where food is concerned and one big, rich meal will knock you off that wagon.
You can have everything you want and still lose weight (or keep it stabilized)…just watch your portion size. I watch my saturated fat because of cholesterol, but otherwise, I eat what I want and I’ve stayed at or below my target WW weight for 17 years.

No fat, no salt, no carbs, no sugar, no weight loss. Something doesn’t add up.
