Please don’t call tech support at 10:30pm. Just make sure everything is updated, restart it all, replug it all in, and try again. If it doesn’t work, it wasn’t meant to be. Go to bed, and it usually will work in the morning after the invisible tech fairies do their magic.

I’m tech support at our house. Hubby is one of those guys you want to be stuck on an island with, he could practically build a house with some twine and trees and a leatherman…but is hopeless with tech. So that’s my job.
I’m tech support at our house – and I am available at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Actually I am available until about 2:00am – just don’t ask me for help before 11:00am.
I experience frequent tech issues, though I do have the decency not to call tech support at unholy hours. I tend to e-mail, so that they can assist at their convenience. Chances are the issue can wait until morning, as others have said.

Tech support at 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday? I don’t think so.
If by any rare chance such a company does exist, I’m sure the person won’t speak any language resembling English.
