A change in your daily fitness routine can be hard when it’s something you’re not used to doing, Cathy, but if you want to reach whatever goal it is that you set for yourself, then it has to begin somewhere ….. even if it’s only 3-1/2 minutes at a time! It’s not going to happen overnight, so don’t get discouraged and give up. As long as you keep working at it, you’re eventually going to get there!
